Sljeme, Medvednica mountain, House of the Red Cross. Author is Vlado Vicić, constructor of many sundials. The peculiarity of this sundial is a movable dial and gnomon for the transition from winter to summer time. During the last renovation of the House, it seems that the sundial has been removed.
