Horizontal sundial in front of the school. The sundial construction started in the school year 2021/2022. by 8th grade students: Tea Lencur, Ema Marija Soltan, Lara Drkulec, Fran Grubiša and Eugen Sakač, under the mentorship of geography teacher Milka Major. They got the idea by researching the websites of the Zagreb Observatory. At the beginning of March 2023 the sundial was finally finished and set. The Internet pages of the Zagreb Observatory, the pages of the astronomy portal Zvjezdarnica (today the portal of the Apollo Observatory from Virovitica) were of great help to them, where they found the necessary and useful links for research. They also included in the project art teachers Eva Magdalena Međeri and Lana Martinović, mathematics professor Tanja Kralj Slovenec and janitors Vlado Kufrin and Dario Lukšić who helped with technical matters.
